Thank you for booking Motivational Productions presentation. We are committed to serving you with the best assembly program possible. To assure a smooth and successful assembly, we will need your cooperation in preparing for the arrival of our staging technicians. Please read the following information carefully.

ROOM SIZE
Our maximum three-screen size is 42 feet wide by 13 feet tall. Our projectors require a distance of 36 feet from the front of the screens. Please refer to the diagram below.

DARKNESS
Our shows require darkness to project an image on screen. The darker the better. WIndows, skylights and other areas that allow light entry need to be covered before the production arrives. Black plastic tarpaulin (available at most hardware stores) works well.

ASSISTANCE
We will need 6 to 8 students to help unload, set-up and tear down our equipment.

SCHEDULING
Please allow 90 minutes before the screening, and 60 minutes following to adequately set up and tear down our equipment. For multiple screenings at the same location, allow approx. 15 minutes of recycle time. The average running time for our programs is 40 minutes.

TABLES
We require one (1) sturdy table (approx. 3'x6') available in the assembly room before setup.

POWER
We will need someone readily available regarding the electrical circuits at the assembly locations. Our equipment requires 3 to 4 separate outlets.
